Taking on the challenge of upgrading a typical "American Ranch style" house was a unique opportunity to create an open plan lifestyle within an existing restrictive floor plan. The resulting concept encompasses a revitalized kitchen, a new screen porch and a new family room producing a
free-flowing organization of interior and exterior spaces integrated with the existing house. The master bedroom is enlarged and upgraded with a new master bath/laundry area symmetrically arranged with the new additions.
